When you contact us — on WhatsApp, by email, or by phone — we receive the information you choose to share: your name, contact details, and the content of your messages. The website itself collects only standard technical data (IP address, device type, pages visited) through privacy-respecting analytics. There are no signup forms and no tracking pixels from ad networks.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to you, and — only if you've joined the community — to share our research there. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not pass your details to developers, brokers, or 'partners'.

WhatsApp conversations are additionally governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Storage & security

Data is stored on access-controlled systems hosted with reputable cloud providers, retained only as long as needed to serve you or as law requires, then deleted.
